1. INTRODUCTION
Welcome to FameCity SMM Panel ("Website", "we", "us", "our"). By accessing or using our services (SMM stands for Social Media Marketing), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree, please do not use our website.
2. ELIGIBILITY
By using this panel, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old or accessing the site under the supervision of a parent or guardian.
3. DESCRIPTION OF SERVICES
FameCity acts as an intermediary providing automated social media growth services. This includes, but is not limited to, increasing followers, likes, views, and comments on third-party platforms (Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, Twitter, etc.). You are purchasing non-unique engagement packages (automated traffic).
4. PROHIBITED USE & ZERO TOLERANCE POLICY
FameCity SMM Panel strictly prohibits the use of our services for any illegal, unethical, or harmful activities. By using our platform, you confirm that you will NOT use our services for:
- Fraud / Scam: Fake giveaways, phishing links, impersonation scams, "get rich quick" schemes, fake investment offers, or any deceptive practices.
- Gambling: Any casino, betting, lottery, poker, rummy for real money, sports betting, or gambling promotion of any kind.
- Illegal Work: Drug trafficking, weapons sale, human trafficking, hacking services, stolen data, counterfeit goods, or any activity violating Indian laws.
- Terrorism & Extremism: Content supporting terrorist organizations, hate speech, threats to national security, or inciting violence.
- Explicit / Adult Content: Pornography, OnlyFans promotion, nude content, or intimate images without consent.
- Hate Speech & Discrimination: Racism, casteism, religious hatred, gender violence, or inciting violence against any community.
ZERO TOLERANCE STATEMENT:
"FameCity does not support, promote, or entertain any form of fraud, scam, gambling, terrorism, or illegal work. Any user found violating this policy will face immediate account suspension without refund and a permanent ban. We will cooperate fully with law enforcement agencies (Indian Cyber Crime, Police, etc.) for any illegal activity detected on our platform."
CONSEQUENCES OF VIOLATION:
If you use FameCity services for any prohibited purpose:
1. Immediate account suspension – Your account will be locked permanently.
2. No refund – Remaining wallet balance will be forfeited.
3. Legal reporting – Your IP address, email, and transaction details may be shared with Cyber Crime Cell (India) or local police.
4. Blacklisting – You will be banned from all future use of FameCity.
MONITORING RIGHTS:
FameCity reserves the right to:
- Manually or automatically review all order URLs before processing.
- Reject or cancel any order that appears suspicious or related to prohibited categories.
- Request additional verification (KYC) for high-value orders.
5. USER RESPONSIBILITIES & DUE DILIGENCE
You agree not to use our services for any unlawful or prohibited activities as defined by the Information Technology Act, 2000 and the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita (BNS), 2023.
You are strictly prohibited from using our services for:
- Harmful Content: Content that is defamatory, obscene, paedophilic, or threatening the unity, sovereignty, or integrity of India.
- Impersonation: Accounts pretending to be another person or entity.
- Intellectual Property: Content that infringes on the copyright or trademark of a third party.
- Spam/Bot Networks: Using our services to create bot networks or scrape data.
Responsibility: You are solely responsible for the content of the social media accounts you link to our panel. We do not verify the legality of your specific niche.
6. ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE (AI) & DEEPFAKE CLAUSE
In compliance with applicable Indian laws:
- You warrant that any media (video/audio/image) you promote or ask us to send traffic to is not a "Deepfake" or synthetically generated information created to mislead viewers without clear disclosure.
- FameCity reserves the right to immediately suspend any order or account promoting unlabeled synthetic media.
7. PAYMENTS AND REFUNDS
- No Refunds on Services Started: Due to the digital nature of the services (instant start), once an "Order" status changes to "Processing" or "Completed," no refund will be issued. However, unused funds in your account wallet are refundable subject to a processing fee.
- Refill Policy: We offer a refill guarantee for 30 days. If the number of followers/views drops by more than 10% due to Instagram/Platform cleaning, we will refill them for free. We do not refund for "Fanpage" pages or deleted profiles.
8. DISCLAIMER OF LIABILITY (SAFE HARBOR)
FameCity is an intermediary as defined under Section 79 of the IT Act, 2000.
- We do not guarantee that our services will be 100% compatible with third-party platform algorithm changes (e.g., Instagram or TikTok updates).
- Account Bans: We are not responsible if your social media account gets banned, shadowbanned, or restricted by Instagram/YouTube/Facebook due to the use of automation. You use these services at your own risk. We only guarantee delivery of the "like" or "follower," not the longevity of your account.
9. REPORTING & TAKEDOWN PROCESS
If you believe any content promoted through our services violates these Terms or applicable laws, you can report it to us at:

We will investigate and remove or disable access to the offending content within a reasonable time (typically 48-72 hours).
10. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the maximum extent permitted by law, FameCity shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of profits or data. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 30 days prior to the claim.
11. CHANGES TO TERMS
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
12. GOVERNING LAW
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in [Insert your City, e.g., New Delhi, Mumbai].
